From induction to maturity it’s always necessary to have those experienced team members that can alleviate the worry when you think it might be going wrong! It is never as bad as you think.

Jax joined the LOS team after having lots of other options. He has learned to take everything in his stride, he always has a clear plan and excellent communication skills. He is recognised by our clients as a real asset to LOS and the clients he supports.

Charlotte has recently been promoted to be our LOS Business Manager, after joining us as an Accounts Associate.
Prior to LOS, Charlotte followed her passion and pursued a successful career in childcare.

After completing an Office Manager role in Germany, Cath returned to the UK and started her career in finance. Going on to become a qualified Payroll Manager, who is diligent with exacting standards and low tolerance for errors. She is considered a perfectionist by many and a little intimidating by few, this made her ideal for this role within the company. Cath attends to all employee-related matters and aspects of compliance, this has earned her the nickname of “Compliance Butterfly”. Few deviations are ignored, be it buying too many bags for life on expenses, to the real risks of health and safety, and ensuring ethical and environment standards are achieved. Cath is happy to experience the limelight, but only when she is on the stage at a theatre!

Our first female engineer. Jane, like the rest, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has had a real journey to get here, coming all the way from Kenya. She has added an international dimension to the company.

Currently an undergraduate, studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, Rob is joining the LOS team for the summer as an intern. He is eager to undertake his first project in process optimisation and gain an understanding of the industry with support and guidance from his colleagues. Rob is currently restoring a classic mini in his down time! LOS are excited to be paving the way for Rob to fight the long-standing paradox “you can’t get a job without experience; you can’t get experience without a job!”

The first recruit to the LOS team. Tom is a gifted engineer with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering for the University of Portsmouth. He has a passion for teamwork and is a wise man, simply ahead of his years! Tom has adapted well to the environments he has worked in and has been celebrated by the clients he has been involved with.
