The client retained us to increase the production capacity of their olive packing facility. We undertook all elements of the project from design, and procurement, to delivery and commissioning. We installed two new production lines after factory alterations to accommodate them. To meet their customer demands, this was completed whilst operations continued. We also installed automatic case erecting and loading systems to reduce the resource required to complete the end-of-line process.

We were subsequently invited to design and alter their alternative protein manufacturing facility after a period of unprecedented expansion. This was completed by meeting all standard project KPIs
