We were tasked by AJS with re-designing the mechanical components of a Bakery additive system, whilst collaborating with the AJS team to streamline their entire process from order receipt and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and project handover to the end user.

AJS has successfully secured a contract to introduce a comparable system throughout the bakery sector for their client. Faced with a wide array of end-user needs, including variations in additive usage, size, and environmental factors our solutions viewed as a promising potential for widespread adaptability. So, we are challenged to devise a standardized design to enable the prefabrication of numerous components for on-demand assembly. This approach ensures that the assembly arrangement is the only aspect affected by specific variations.
